About the role:

Are you an expert in project management with a flair for collaboration and ready to take your career to the next level? Being part of the EMEA Commercial team, as Project Manager Implementation, you'll be the driving force behind impactful projects that shape our organization! You’ll work hand-in-hand- with a dynamic team and stakeholders across the organization to implement client programs and innovative solutions while ensuring our business needs are met. If you're passionate about project management and excited to drive success, we can’t wait to hear from you!

As Project Manager Implementation, you will

• Lead projects with precision while maximizing business benefits.

• Create and monitor project work plans and action plans.

• Effectively communicating and connecting various teams to achieve common goals.
• Host discovery sessions with client/BCD teams to identify existing processes and make recommendations for enhancement
• Develop process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Building strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners.

• Identify and apply best practices for customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Deliver successful outcomes aligned with project objectives.
• Analyze business issues and define solutions to enhance productivity.

You’re good at

• Being a self-starter with project management skills managing multiple projects with a high volume of deliverables
• Organizational and interpersonal skills including client management
• Voicing concerns in a diplomatic way
• Process improvement and design thinking
• Speaking in front of people
• Effective Communication and relationship building

You might also have

• Experience in the meetings and events or corporate travel industry, specifically in agency operations.
• A solid understanding of BCD M&E operational processes and client technologies.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Experience thriving in international environments.
• Top-notch organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
