About the Role

If you love keeping details organized and making complex work feel seamless, this Project Support role could be a great fit. You’ll support BCD M&E’s Congress Practice Area in the Life Sciences space, where accuracy, compliance, and collaboration all matter in a fast-paced, highly structured environment. From launching new meetings to maintaining clean data across systems, you’ll help keep critical programs moving forward. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes impact and thrives when juggling priorities with precision.

You’re Good At

• Staying organized while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
• Maintaining accurate data across systems and creating reports that help teams make informed, timely decisions
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to keep meeting setup, updates, and deliverables on track
• Communicating clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients, and contractors
• Working confidently in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and using new systems and tools with ease

You Might Also Have

• Experience supporting meetings, events, or congress-related work, especially within Life Sciences
• Familiarity with highly regulated, process-driven environments where precision and consistency are key
• Experience with platforms like QuickBooks Time, Empower HCP, or Cvent
• Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail, data management, and time management skills

You Should Know

• This role is required to be onsite in Lagunilla, Heredia first day. 
• C1 level English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills is required for this role. 
• This role will operate in the Eastern Time Zone.
