About the role:

We are looking for a Project Consultant to join our growing Delegate Management project team. The key focus is project deliverables, be that within the registration timelines or hotel management.  We are looking for a team member who can multi-task, prioritise and build rapport with clients and the team.

You will have excellent customer service and great communication skills, a good understanding of spreadsheets and databases. Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have the confidence to liaise with event delegates and clients as well as suppliers. Sound like you? Read on!


As a Project Consultant, you will:

  • Have experience of managing multiple project deliverables
  • Have a good understanding of delegate management/ hotel management within events.
  • Research, recommend, negotiate and contract appropriate suppliers.
  • Be client facing
  • Problem solve and communicate information to internal and external stakeholders including clients and suppliers
  • Work with and manage technologies and systems as per the client brief
  • Ability to travel onsite as required to support events (both in the UK and overseas).


You’re good at:


  • Experience of working in a project based environment.
  • Previous client and delegate facing experience.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of comfort and accuracy with figures and evaluate numerical data with experience of basic IT programs.
  • Excellent communication skills along with a calm, proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects and tight deadlines.


You might also have:

  • Experience in project management in a meetings & events environment.
  • Experience of sourcing hotels for events or hotel contracting.

You should know:

  • This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in our Fleet office
  • Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break
  • You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas
  • You must also have the right to work within the UK
