Financial Controller, EMEA (Remote)

Full time, India

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance/accounting functions. You will ensure that all legal and company reporting obligations are met and provide updates on company financial performance to senior management.

As a Financial Controller, EMEA, you will

• Provide oversight of and strategic direction to the functional areas of the reporting area
• Assure policies are designed in compliance with all existing federal and state laws, and that all policies and practices are designed to support the overall fiscal strength of the company
• Manage the Finance Department, including but not limited to, the general accounting, payroll, and Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) functions
• Review monthly consolidated and branch financial statements, including financial projections and variance analysis
• Maintain division financial records/contracts in an orderly manner to ensure confidentiality and organized access by appropriate personnel
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and business plan

About you

• Previous experience in finance/accounting/control
• Sound knowledge of Controlling, Financial reporting, and analysis
• In-depth SAP / R3 FI & CO knowledge
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Independent, goal- and results-oriented work style
• Excellent team, communication, and motivational skills
• Good command of spoken and written English language skills
