About the Role:
As a Senior Planner - Corporate Services, you will be responsible for housing oversight, ground transportation and some logistical planning of complex meetings and events, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered with exceptional customer service. 

You're Good At:

- Handling housing and ground transportation for complex meetings and events. 
- Providing proactive, creative solutions to exceed client expectations.
- Building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Managing day-to-day program budgets and timelines effectively.
- Maintaining data integrity throughout the event planning process.

You Might Also Have:
- 5-7 years of end-to-end event planning experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines and situations.
 

You Should Know:

- This role is a hybrid role in Cupertino, CA. 

- This role operates on Pacific Time.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Planner - Corporate Services is between $60,000 - $125,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
