Congress Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Congress Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-profile medical congresses from planning to on-site execution. You’ll partner with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics, compliance, budget management, and exceptional attendee experiences.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Manage multiple congresses simultaneously, from hotel bookings and registrations to supplier contracts and on-site logistics.
• Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, PCOs, and suppliers.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing training and operational guidance.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across projects.

You’re Good At

• Managing multiple complex projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Keeping budgets on track and ensuring compliance every step of the way
• Using event tech tools like Cvent to keep attendee data and logistics organized
• Leading and mentoring team members to deliver top-notch results

You Might Also Have

• A degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
• Experience planning both small and large-scale meeting programs
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and HTML
• A passion for traveling and working onsite at events (up to 30% travel)
• A valid passport ready for exciting destinations
