Assistant Manager Conceptualizer

Full time, Mumbai. India

Asst. Manager Conceptualizer Corporate Events is responsible to oversee and organise events that will make an impact to a target audience. The candidate needs to ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance. Manager Conceptualizer must build and maintain strong client relationships while providing best-in-class event services.  Additionally, may be responsible for executing onsite events management as and when required.

Your responsibilities

The Manager Conceptualizer is accountable but not limited to:

• This post will be accountable for CONCEPTUALIZATION of ideas, themes, events, exhibition.
• Making Presentation & Strategic Ideation that could add substantial value to the brand.
• To interact with clients to ensure clarity in Brief in case required.
• Work in tandem with Client Servicing / Business Development to develop new ideas and concepts as part of the marketing strategy.
• Should have the experience of working on briefs given by the client from scratch.
• Conceptualize ideas that effectively converts Briefs to generate business/win pitches.
• Develop communication & out of Box ideas/concept, in sync with Operations & Creative team to bring the ideas to reality.
• To conceive & develop fresh and practical ideas for Events, MICE, Activation's etc. with the latest technologies and networks for communication.
• Work closely with the Design Team to take the concept to the next level and aid in its visualization process.
• Conceptualize the entire event and provide end to end creative solution based on the creative brief.

You posses

• Minimum of 5-6 years’ proven experience in Event Conceptualizing preferably within events industry
• Proficiency designing applications.
• Strong client relationship and customer service
• Knowledge of accounting and payment process
• Events industry and destination knowledge
• Good analytical skills, general understanding of accounting, budget and profit and loss statements
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and client presentations
